Ken Feyl

As our lead architect for the Magnolia Shores Condominiums and the Hatter’s Point Condominiums projects, Ken has provided invaluable leadership from design concepts, through town approvals, and construction documents development.  Strong design oversight continues during the construction process, adapting to any fluid site conditions that may arise.  By working closely with all team members, he is able both to navigate the demands of pragmatic requirements and weave them into a comprehensive architectural design.  At the end of each project, he leads the effort to provide stamped condominium documentation filed with the registry of deeds which completes the project life.

Ken Feyl, AIA, NCARB of JD LaGrasse & Associates has over 30 years of commercial and multifamily residential architectural experience.  With a portfolio that includes projects ranging geographically from NH to LA,  Ken has developed a reputation for a uniquely skilled leadership approach which drives value for clients.  Ken’s deep domain expertise, business savvy, strategic and creative thinking, and direct professional style together forge effective team building.  Strong project teams combined with Ken’s personal, hands-on problem solving result in successful outcomes for clients.
